Identification and Pathogenicity of the Soybean Root Rot Pathogen in Arid Conditions

Soy is an important oilseed crop in Kazakhstan. However, its yield significantly reduced due to increase the development of fungal diseases with soil infection. This study aims identify root rot pathogen soybean varieties Western Kazakhstan and assess pathogenicity. Samples roots determine were selected at experimental plots Aktobe agricultural station 2021. Genetic analysis isolates observed on potato dextrose agar medium from slices was carried out using sequencing reaction internal transcribed spacer region nucleotide sequences Big Dye Terminator protocol (applied biosystems) a further comparison data Gen bank database. A test for pathogenicity identified fungus out. Statistical processing R-studio software according nonparametric Kruskal Wallis test. Phylogenetic samples affected by showed that main biotic agent causing imperfect Fusarium equiseti. Sequencing highly informative allowed identifying strains 1 2 belonging species The established equiseti caused discoloration seedlings plant necrosis seedlings.

این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
